Welcome all of you beautiful breathing people to another guided breath work session. In today's journey, we're going to be using the breath to release any tension, stuck energy or unprocessed emotions held within the body. When we're children, we naturally know how to release the stress, tension and big emotions. We cry, cortisol is released in our tears. We have tantrums. We shake and we scream. And in doing that, we let the energy move through us. But as we grow older, we're taught to suppress, to hold it all in. And we lose touch with that natural way of releasing, the natural way of healing. Breathwork gives us a way back, a way back into our body's natural healing mechanisms. So with the breath, we don't have to think our way through. Healing the breath allows us to slow down, slow our brain waves and shift from the busy thinking mind into feeling, where our body's natural wisdom takes over. So today's journey, we'll be using connected breathing. In and out of the mouth. Full inhale, relaxed exhale. Starting each inhale with the belly and you move it up like a wave with a relaxed exhale. Beautiful. And this is conscious activation, so it's best done lying down in a safe and comfortable environment. But if you are experienced and you feel safe and comfortable, you can also do this seated. So let's get ready to use the breath as a pump, allowing us to clear out any tension, old energy and emotions that may have been stuck inside us for years. Remember, we don't have to force anything. Our only job is just to breathe and to allow our body to do what it already knows how to do. So once you found your comfortable position lying down, begin with the connected breathing. 3, 2, 1. Focus on the inhale. Very relaxed exhale. With each inhale, you're bringing in this energy, you're creating a pump. Each exhale you release in any tension that you're holding on to. These rounds are longer than what we're used to, so in this session, you might feel a buildup of tension, maybe cramping in the fingers or mouth area. This is all normal with this style of breathing, blowing up off a lot of CO2, changing the chemistry of our blood, but it's also a natural healing mechanism that our body has to build up tension, build up these feelings in order for them to be processed and to be released. Continue just trusting the process, trusting that you are okay, and enjoy the rest of the journey.

Beautiful work, everyone. We have just over one more minute of this breathing in this first round. Maybe by now you're experiencing some sensations in the body. Continue to trust. Allow whatever needs to come up to come up. Staying focused on each inhale on each.
Sam.
All right, five more breaths. Three, two, Last one. Fully and all the way in. Holding this breath at the top will be for a while to relax your jaw muscles, relax your shoulders and just feel.
Sam.
All right, now exhale with the side. Take a big breath in. And another side. Relax. Take a few normal breaths in and out of the nose. All right, round number two. In three, two, one. Beautiful work. We're halfway done with this breathing round. Continue listening to your body. If you feel like you need to shake any move, any stuck energy, if you feel like you need to make any noises or sounds, remember, this is your journey. This is your session. Continue listening.
A new feeling. Sam.
Beautiful work, everyone. We're going to finish this round with double speed breathing.
3, 2, 1.
5, 4, 3, 2. Last one, fully in. Holding your breath at the top, relaxing any muscles, any tension that you're holding on to. We'll be here for 1 minute, 45 seconds.
Seconds.
Exhale when you need to. Just continue to relax, continue to feel. And now let's exhale with the side. Take a breath in, let it out with the side. Beautiful. We'll move on to the final round. The somatic journey will begin in three, two, one. Beautiful work, everyone. We're halfway done with the final round of this journey. Just continue trusting the process, allowing any sensations, any emotions, any tension to be fully felt. They're all doing a beautiful job here. In a bit, we're going to finish this journey with double speed breathing. But if this rhythm, if this pace feels good for you, stay with this rhythm, always listening to what you need for the rest of us to move on to double speed. All right, we are almost there. Five more breaths. Three, two, last one. All the way in. Holding your breath at the top, relaxing into this hole, feeling in to any sensations. We'll be here for two minutes, so when your time is up, simply exhale, slow your breathing down and enjoy the meditation.
It's sa it.
All right, Big side, big inhale. Sigh. Inhale through the nose. Long exhale out the mouth. Inhale through the nose. Long exhale out the mouth. Feeling calm, rounded. Inhale through the nose. Long exhale out the mouth. Last. Inhale through the nose. Last. Long exhale. Beautiful. Allow your breathing to return in and out of the nose where you are with these slowed brain waves that are subconscious open. This is the time where you can invite in mantras allowing whatever word or phrase comes to you in this moment, repeating it, feeling it, allowing it to guide you and support you in your life. After the session, take your time coming back, drinking some water, spending some time in nature. Much love to all of you. Remember to breathe and remember to laugh. Peace.
It's Sa Sam.
