You know, I worked on this for 20 years, and I've really practiced it in business with CEOs for 15 years. And now SquirrelQL is here to scale through organizations, so that thinking that was really in the C suite can be throughout the organization. Because what I've noticed is that the people I work with are powerful thinkers, highly strategic minds, and intuitive personalities most of the time. But they won't necessarily be able to conceptualize how they use intuition and reason, because that's not where their mind is. Their mind is about their business. So once you leave the C suite and you enter the executive room where executives working, the direct reports work, and even worse, at different lower levels in the organization, then it becomes square on square on square. So that intuition that most leaders have doesn't percolate, doesn't translate, trickle down through the organization. That's the role of squirrel call.
