Hey, my friend Kenny Chapman here, the blue collar coach, coming to you with my final blog message of 2015. Now you can see we still have our Christmas tree up. The lovely Christmas and I, the lovely Christy and I, rather we choose to take our tree down on New Year's Day. So we have a couple more days. We're gonna get out of it. Now, oftentimes in the past, I've come to you about why New Year's resolutions don't work and how to make your next 12 months the best of 12 months ever. Well, one of the reminders is that today is the beginning of the next 12 months. Tomorrow will be the beginning of your next 12 months. We don't have to buy into this calendar thing. Sure, a lot of us have financials tied to it. We have calendar days that we follow and this and that. But the reality is you as the creator of your life and your business are in control to do some things. So this year I wanted to come with a year end reflection. Right. A lot of people are doing that. I want you to take a look back at some things in 2015 in order to make 2016 your best ever. Now, I get hit up from clients and followers all the time about blogs we write, about content we put out about how we're helping people improve their lives and their companies. So today I've picked five blogs that I wrote throughout the year that I'd like you to just take a quick look at, take a glance through, watch another couple of videos that I've done based on those five things. Many of you have already checked out for the year. Maybe you'll be back next year. Maybe you're traveling. Just a little bit of reading material from five blogs that I wrote. So the first one, four factors to become a great leader. Okay, so that one, when you go there, you're gonna see that, you know, I'm gonna tell you that people are dying to be led all over the free world. We're looking for leadership. When people find it in businesses, really good things happen. I'm gonna give you four key strategies there. Also, the next one, I'm gonna go five ways to go the extra mile when it comes to customer service. Average no longer works. You get that at a cognizant level, a conscious level. But what are the systems in place with your organization to make sure that we're hitting these five key points? You know, one of the things I've been bringing you is that I believe that engagement is the new loyalty. So I want you to dive into that and see how you can better engage your clients through engaged team members. Third one, how saying no can get you to yes, I'll share a quick story about what's gone on in my mom's life and my stepfather and a couple little laughs that we had at a Mexican restaurant, actually, that you can check in on. That one. Then I came and I shot a video for you from Las Vegas with a blog where I talked about problem or profit. Right. So we're always looking at these things. We want more profitability and we want less problems. But the reality is, as an amazing leader, you're an amazing problem solver. Solving problems leads to profit. Check that one out. And last, certainly not least, don't suck at what really matters. That one. I was with our buddy and client, business partner Kelly over in Washington earlier this Washington state earlier this summer and doing some water skiing and things like that. So I make fun of myself. You're not going to want to miss that one. So the reality is there's great information everywhere. I just want you to take a moment, reflect on the things that went well. What are some things I'd like to improve, what are some strategies of where I want to go, how I'm going to get there, some of those types of things you can create the life, the company, the family, the financial plan and the freedom that you deserve in 2016 as the last blog of my year. My friends, this year. I'll see you next year. And until we talk again, have a better than fantastic New Year's. We'll see you soon.
