Hey, everybody. Kenny Chapman, the blue collar coach, coming to you live with this week's video version of Freedom Friday Focus. Now, this week I'm shooting from my office. I'm getting ready to leave for a month. I got some business coming up in Denver and Dallas and back in Denver. And then I got a Charger Bronco game on, can't miss in Denver. So I'll be gone a little bit here. But coming to you from the conference room here at Peterson today, and I just want to make a couple quick points. I'll be short, I'll be to the point. But here's the thing. If you've been watching anything I've been putting out over the last several weeks to even a couple months now, you know that I've been hammering, getting out of negative thinking, mediocrity results that don't serve you, the things that aren't driving your life in a positive direction, moving things forward. Today, earlier in the day, while you're watching this yesterday, I'll say John and I did a teleseminar called punch mediocrity in the face. What do I mean by that? This isn't a negative thing. I'm not a, an angry guy. I don't like violence, whatever. But I don't like mediocrity enough to say punch it in the face. And what is it that's holding you back? What is it that's keeping you a bit mediocre? What is it where you're maybe not thinking as big as you could? So let me ask you a question. Are you thinking big enough? How big are you thinking? What are you thinking about? Where is that thought that manifests in your mind and then your conditioned responsibility immediately just kicks it out and goes, I can't do that. You don't understand. I've got this. I was raised here. I have that channel, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, wine, wine. My buddy Larry Wingett says in his great book, Grow a Pear, he says, we become a society of weenies that might be a little bit strong here. And that's not what I'm talking about. But what I am talking about is it's time to pony up. It's time to take some responsibility. It's time to get the results that you desire and that you deserve. And that's not going to come from mediocrity. Now I'm not talking about growing multi, multi million dollar organizations. I'm talking about you manifesting what you want. When you think about how big am I thinking that could be? I want Four trucks, a comfortable lifestyle. I want to be able to take a vacation with my wife who answers the phone in the office, and we can both go away and not completely freak out and worry about things. Right? This is about you. This is about your results. This is about your life, your business, your team members. How are you robbing your team members from what they could accomplish in their lives? Are you not growing and staying in front of them to be able to help them grow within the organization? If that's part of your goal, Right. This isn't about money, it's not about income. It's not about anything other than results. We desire progress more than we desire anything else in our lives as human beings. What's your progress? Maybe you're comfortable at a million five mark and you want to just stay there, that's fine, you can stay there. But the business has to grow. Not from a sales standpoint, not from a profitability standpoint even, but it has to grow and evolve as the marketplace changes and as those around you change. How big are you thinking? What needs to change when it comes to your thought process? I'll tell you this right now. Belief needs to change. Desire needs to change. Kick it up a notch, my friends. How big are you thinking? Or should I even say, how small are you thinking? Get out there, do something this week. Think about what information that I can implement into my company that's going to make a difference for me, my family, my team members and my customers. I'm Kenny Chapman, the blue collar coach. Until we talk again, have a better and fantastic week and I'll see you next time.
