Hey, my friend Kenny Chapman here, the blue collar coach, talking today a little bit about brand ambassador ism. Is that a word? I'm not sure. But here's the thing. Last week the lovelycristy and I had the chance to go to a new pizza place. And if you've been following us for any time at all, you know we are pizza snobs. If it's not double odd flour, if it's not San Marzano, if it's not Buffalo Mott, if it's not baked at 800 plus degrees, then we probably don't want to mess with it. But we've been in the south for a minute and there's a lot of fried food that we're kind burn on. So we said, let's find some pizza. Let's do something different. So we run across this place and how do we find it? Oh, it's the same way that our clients find us. We looked online, we looked at reviews, we looked at what people had to say and we said, this is what we want to do, this is where we want to go. So we choose Uncle Mario's Pizza. Uncle Mario's. Never heard of it, never seen it, don't know that I'll ever even find it again. But here's the thing. 37 locations right now opening 250 stores in 2016. Now I challenge my Titanium Club members about 10 times, thinking what has to happen to go 10 times versus two times? And actually, believe it or not, to think 10 times is easier than thinking two times because you have to think differently. That's a whole other conversation for a different blog in a different week. But here's the thing. We walk into Uncle Mario's, we get greeted immediately by Danielle. And Danielle says, hey, welcome to Mario's. And she's excited. She's so happy. We walk through the place and it's kind of like a little bit of a subway for a pizza joint where you go down and you choose your sauce and you choose your toppings. She's raving all the way through. Becoming a brand ambassador. Think about your company. Think about yourself, think about your own business. Think about your front line. Are they brand ambassadors or they putting on that uniform and going through the motions? Because Danielle was thrilled. She's telling us about family members. When they said, oh, but we're on our way to Tampa, she said, I think they just opened one down there. You gotta go check it out when you get down there. I have a family member down there. I told them as soon as they open. You gotta go. Is that what your team is saying? Is that how effective you're training your team? Is that how much they believe in your product, your service, and what you do? We all need brand ambassadors today, this week. I want you to think about that. It's Sammy week. We're so excited to have everybody coming in, spending time together, looking at what we can do to grow our businesses. But this week, I want you to think, how can you create a brand ambassador? Until we talk again, I'm Kenny Chapman, the blue collar coach. Have a better than fantastic week, and we'll see you soon.
