A short YouTube clip by Kenny Chapman (the "blue collar coach") recorded in the Adirondack Mountains. Chapman uses an on-location anecdote (chairlift, boat excursion) to deliver a motivational micro-lesson: experiential learning—"doing is knowing"—and urges viewers to take action to gain understanding. The tone is informal and encouraging.

Foreign. You did something new and had an experience and really understood it. Kenny Chapman here, the blue collar coach, coming to you with Freedom Friday, Focus this week about doing is knowing. I'm here coming to you from the Adirondack Mountains. Went on a little boat excursion a little bit ago now. Sorry about the bounce there. I'm on a chairlift going up to the top of the ski hill and everybody's, you know, the lovely Christie's family's from upstate New York and everybody talks about the Adirondacks. I've never been here. I'm from Colorado. I know mountains. Right. Wow. This place is amazing. And what I think about is the way you do something is the way you do everything. And when you think about your life, when you think about your business, what are the areas that you've been told certain things? What are the areas you need to experience? What are the areas that where you need to really go to do this is to know this. Whether it works out or not, whether it's good or not, whether it's bad or not, I don't know. You need to have the experience. Experience. That's the key to do is to know it's time to take some action. Until we talk, my friends, have a better than fantastic day.
