Kenny Chapman records a short on-location vlog from a Colorado hike (North Thoroughfare Canyon) linking physical movement to clearer thinking and better business decisions. He urges viewers to "get out and move" — whether hiking, gym, walking, or biking — arguing that body movement creates mental space to solve problems, improve relationships, and drive business results; he frames the message with mindset/action themes and a motivational call to finish 2015 strong.
