Everybody, Kenny Chapman here, the blue collar coach, coming to you with this week's live video version of Freedom Friday Focus. Now, this week, I want to ask you a quick question. If not now, when? If not you, who? What are we waiting for to get to that next level of success that you have burning within you? What does winning look like for your company? No, I'm not talking about the Charlie Sheen kind of winning, where it's like, okay, that's a whole different conversation. I'm talking about, how do you win in business? How do you win in your life? How do you quantify these things? Some people base it on sales. Some people base it on income. Some people base it on freedom. You know, we all have this ongoing evolution as leaders, and as leaders, we need to seek things out. I just landed on a. On an airplane from coming back from the ACA meeting this week. John and I spent spent the week down at aca, educating ourselves, learning what we can, networking with people, trying to continue at our growth, to get to the next level and help all of you and our clients do the very same thing. But too often, we don't define things. You know, we're about six weeks out from Christy and I moving into our wonderful new home that we're building right now. It's been a goal, it's been a dream, it's been an idea and a plan for a while. We got some things in place, and now we're building our home. Well, during this process, I caught myself consciously going, wow, this is a bit of a distraction. I'm working harder on the house than I really thought I would since I do have a builder, but, you know, maybe a little distraction from some business. Is that possible? Yes, it's possible. But guess what? Why am I in business? Why are we creating this stuff? In order to enjoy going through this process of building our first home together that we've never built together before. So for me, it's like, okay, I'm working, I'm doing things. I'm getting things in place. But there's another level, and you've got one, too, and I want to see it. One of the things that I always push John and Robin with is you've got more. I know that you've got more too. Where's it at? If not now, when? If not you, who? Let's go. Let's go, let's go. I'm Kenny Chapman, the blue collar coach. Until we talk again, have a better than fantastic week, and I'll see you next time.
