And you say, wow, some flowers are heading my way. It's my time. It's my time. It's my time. You're either growing and becoming more in the world or you're contracting and becoming less. Hi, I'm Kenny Chapman. I'm a motivational speaker and author and a business owner myself. My program specialize in creating innovative change in organizations through the greatness within people. I have very different, diverse topics that I speak on. All are laced with motivation, leadership, people development and power. I have a few clips for you here. Please check them out Now. Goals happen twice. Goals happen as soon as you make a decision. This is what I'm going to do. No questions, no ifs, no ands, no buts. This is where I'm going. The goal happens now. Then you create the plan, you execute the plan, you do what's necessary to have the plan happen. And then it manifests in your life. Who's ready for a goal to happen here? Who's ready for your next goal to happen today? Whose time is it? Whose time is it? Let's think about inspire. How could I create an environment, create a setting a tone, a department, a culture in my business that would have people motivating themselves. Because it's about choices that you make. Ladies and gentlemen, today, right now, as you sit in your chairs in this room, your life, as you look at it, is a sum total of the decisions you've made to this point in your life. That's it. That's it. And we make the time argument. I don't have enough time to go after my dreams. That takes a lot of energy. That takes a lot of effort. I don't have time really because I'm pretty sure that time is the only resource that we all share. 100% inequality. Now what do you mean by that? Well, we come from different backgrounds, different education, different financial situations, different races, different neighborhoods, different demographics, but we all have the same amount of time. What are we doing with that time? That's what I want to know today. Change, clarity, habit, action. Never quit. Gratitude and enthusiasm. I'm going to challenge my habits and I'm going to take massive action. I'm going to go do some things a little bit differently than I have so I can get a different result. I'm not going to give up. I'm going to continue to rock and roll. I'm grateful for my family, I'm grateful for my friends. I'm grateful for my. For my wife or my children or whatever the case may be. And you just take that gratitude thing as far as you need to go, my friends. Because if you need to get all the way down here and say, man, I have not very much to be grateful for, but I'm alive today. And when you can say that, things begin to change. See, as leaders here, how do we create a group that says, okay, we're not going to pull each other down any longer. There's the goal. All of us want the goal. Let's support each other to get there. But I'd like to ask you, where's the wealthiest place on the planet? What do you think the wealthiest place on the planet is in your mind? Fair enough. Hearts, I heard. Let me challenge you with this. I think the wealthiest place on the planet is the cemetery. You say, well, how can that be, Kenny? What do you mean? That's kind of a downgrade as we're heading out of this little fun time together here. Here's the deal, friends. The cemetery is the wealthiest place on the planet because that's where all the fortunes have gone that never left here. That's where all the gold that. That we have in our minds that never got executed, the books that never got written, the companies that never got built, the lives that never got impacted with our greatness have died with people before us and lay in the cemetery forever in the richness of that soil. Because people weren't willing to execute and change their mindset and make over what they've got going in here so they could make a difference in the world and impact the way that you can as leaders. And you have the responsibility as leaders. So that won't happen. Happen to you, say, together after me, that won't happen to me. That's right. Get away from the people that are the problem and get with the people that have the answer. Never give up. Let go of your past. I don't hold anything against my father. See, I used to just beat myself up and I'd look up and I'd say, dad, why did you do this to me? Why did you live this life like this and smoke marijuana with me and teach me the things about dealing drugs, why that's not productive. I had to get okay with it. It wasn't about him. It's about me, my friends. And now I look up and I say, daddy, thank you. Thank you so much for giving me the gift of your life as a mirror and showing me choices and decisions and things that I can do differently in my life so I can raise to my potential and I can share things with wonderful people all over the world that might not have to take the same walk that we've walked. And I didn't have an opportunity to make it right with him before he left this wonderful earth. But guess what, my friends, we're good now. Give me some for that, huh? How about it? That's right. That's right. Stop waiting. If you've got a relationship you need to make right, make it right. You don't know how long you've got. You don't know how long that person's got. Thank you for taking the time to stop and take a look at my clips. Please inquire if you have any further questions or want a custom designed program. I look forward to speaking for your organization soon.
