Hey, everybody, Kenny Chapman, the blue collar coach, coming to you live this week from Phoenix, Arizona, where I'm teaching my final service sales success school of the year. In fact, we've got this wonderful training room back here is where all the actions taking place. And this week we're impacting technicians about overcoming mediocrity as well as many other things. And that's our topic for freedom Friday this week. Mediocrity. I believe it's the business growth killer. And I want you to think about what we see in this country, especially what's going on right now. All the different things of accepting less than levels of what's truly possible from human behavior, from human growth, from business opportunity, from the things that we accept on a daily basis. One of the things in our mastermind group we've really been smoking out recently is where am I allowing certain things to take place just because that's the way people are, just because that's the way the world works, Just because that's the society we live in. Just because that's generation whatever we're in. Are we past Z yet? What is today's generation? I'm not even sure. But here's what I know. We're dealing with it, we're living with it, and we've got to kill mediocrity. You got to get out there and smash it, punch it in the face and knock it out. Because when you begin to allow things and accept things, then you become one of just what I call sheep walkers. You're just wandering around aimlessly, just seeing what happens next. That's not the way to drive your business. You need to look at what's your systemization, what's your training program, what's your implementation strategy, what's your accountability in your company to eliminate mediocrity? There's a good reason that 5% of America controls 70% of our wealth. And it's because those people have learned and realized that we don't accept mediocrity when it comes to any area of our life. Now, this isn't just about wealth. This isn't just about profitability. This is about your freedom. This is about your vacations. This is about your family life. This is about your relationships. Where do you need to kick it up a notch? Stop. And accepting less than you deserve, my friend. You deserve more. And it's your time. I'm Kenny Chapman, the blue collar coach, coming to you live from Phoenix, Arizona. Until we talk again, have a better and fantastic week and I'll see you next.
