Message to Owners Tampa S4 Live Oct 17

A short post-event message from Kenny Chapman after day two of the Service Sales Success School in Tampa. Kenny thanks owners for investing in training, emphasizes the goal of changing lives (clients, team, families, owners), encourages ongoing reinforcement of the training through meetings and ride-alongs, and asks owners to support technicians in applying what they learned to sustain momentum.

Hey, my friends. Kenny here, I just want to touch base. We just put a wrap on day two of service sales success school here in Tampa. We're at the Hampton and whoo, man. Get a little shot, have a little emotional close. Spend a couple days with an amazing room of energy. And what I want you to know is we'll send you some video. We'll send you some pics of from when they came in here yesterday morning. And we've got music blaring. We got people, you know, hooping and hollering and trying to drive energy. And they walk in like this, right? And they don't feel like they want to be here maybe, or they're not sure what's going to happen or whatever. But here's what's cool. You made an investment in their time, your time. You lost calls, you paid tuitions, all those types of things. Everyone has made investments here. And we do this for one reason and one reason only. And you probably know that is why you sent them, and that's to change lives. And so I believe in changing lives is why we founded Blue Collar. It's why Justin became our CEO, period. Everything we do is for that. Now today, we laid seeds that should turn into changing lives for clients, for team, for family members, and ultimately for your life, because you started a company to enhance your life, period. So now that we've accomplished some of those things, I'm going to pass the baton to you a little bit because we've laid the foundation. They've got great content. They've got workbooks. There's reinforcement exercises I want you to think about. Where are you going here with your next upcoming training meetings, reinforcement opportunities, ride alongs, right? So stay in touch with us. Reach out if we can help with ideas and thoughts to keep it fresh, keep it alive. Because here's what I know from spending this time with these 40 guys this week. Everybody that was here, their heart's in the right place. They want to do the right thing. But human nature is to get away from things that work. Even if they work, we know it. But if we don't continue to practice, continue to use, they kind of get away. So keep it fresh. This isn't one of those things. It's a one and done. It's a shot in the arm, and we're done forever. But you've got momentum. When these guys get back, most of them are going to be pretty darn fired up. This I know. I haven't seen an eval yet. I haven't seen a testimonial I have no idea how we did other than what I know about energy in the room, and I know quite a bit about that. So I believe you got a really, really good return coming right now. But you've got to facilitate it. Don't just put them in the truck. They travel. I mean, heck, some people have different storms coming, different things. Remember, just because you paid the tuition doesn't mean the tech didn't make a big sacrifice to be here. Let's honor that, too. Let's crush it together. Help them find out what their goals are as we move forward. And you help facilitate making that happen. My friend. Until we talk, have a better than fantastic day. Thank you for your investment in blue collar and wanting to improve your life.
