Foreign are you missing your who? Hey, Kenny Chapman here, the blue collar coach coming to you with a Freedom Friday focus the last one of the year. Check it out everybody. Most of us were raised and taught to figure out how to do certain things right. Here's a fascinating fact. I'm in a plumbing heating business for 24 years. I can't fix a furnace or put a water heater in, but I found whose that knew how. Now I want you to think about your life. I want you to think about your business. One of the greatest quotes of all time was said that you know you can't hire somebody else to do your push ups, right? What I do want you to realize is you can align yourself with other people to do all kinds of things in your life, like minded people, regardless of the size of business. No more than six people are running the entire organization, period. Think about you. Who, who are you missing in your organization? Who do you need to train up in your organization? And I want you to start with the most important who. And that's you, my friend. Until you decide exactly who you are, who you want to be and who you're going to become, you'll continuously struggle with alignment for the correct who's in your space. The correct who's in your life, my friend. So I want you to think about 19 is going to be your best year ever, right? If you made the commitment, if you made the line in the sand, you've got to decide on who you first want to be, what type of business you want to run, what type of person you want to be. It's the be do have that Covey wrote about so many years ago. Then I want you to think about who are you missing because there's a really good chance some of the stuff you're trying to figure out how to do now there is somebody out there who knows how to do what you want help with. I'm Kenny Chapman. Until we talk, my friends. Have a better than fantastic final Friday of 2018. And until we talk, keep growing and enjoying your life. See you.
