Hey everybody, Kenny Chapman here coming to you with another video edition of Freedom Friday Focus. And this week I'm talking a little bit more about purpose. And last week it was all about purpose behind Selling. And for our monthly training members that we do the done for you training videos for. You'll notice that we do have a new video we just released this week called Purpose behind selling for your service technician. So grab that and use it at one of your training meetings. If you're not a member yet, what are you waiting for? Let's go. Let's do this. Hey. So nonetheless, this week it's about purpose revisited. The important thing that I write about and I want to just quickly share is talking about the importance of really finding your purpose through your position at your company. I'm in the Denver market right now, did some training yesterday for a great client of mine who happens to be a very good friend now over the years and he's actually in Rwanda, Africa, building a water treatment facility for a hospital down there. Now that can't be done without having real profitable company, a productive management team, a business that works well without his physical presence on a day to day business such as we've built with Peterson, John and Robin, we run my company's day to day operations flawlessly. Well, I won't say flawlessly because we all do make mistakes, but they are as good as it gets. And that's what this is about, is they've got to meet their purposes through the positions they have. Since they don't have any ownership of the company yet, I've got to have my purpose of running that company as well as connecting with my clients. My mentors like Frank Blough and Ron Smith and Matt Michelle, these guys have taught me how to really execute my purpose through a plumbing, heating, air conditioning company. Are you kidding me? This is brilliant stuff. It's really powerful and I don't want you to miss it. Last week it was all about purpose behind the selling process. And you know, I do a lot of training around with technicians and sales and really spend a lot of time in that focus. But you know what, it's bigger than that. Spending all next week in Montana with a great company and friends of mine that are great clients and they've got a good business and they're looking to run ramp up their purpose with their company. So I'm going to go in and spend a week of really helping them accomplish their goal. So what about you, my friend? What about you in 2013? Where's your purpose being met or not being met through your company. It's not just a business. It's not just a contracting company. This is your life. And life is big, and life is fun. So get engaged, get involved. Find your purpose, execute your purpose. Have your vision come alive within you. Here in 2013, we're only two weeks in. I mean, today's the. What is it today? The 18th. Friday the 18th. Come on, man, let's go. Let's play full out this year and accomplish more than you ever believed you could, because you're meeting your purpose. Until we meet again. Until next time, have a better than fantastic week and I'll talk to you very soon.
