Hey, everybody, Kenny Chapman here, the blue collar coach, coming to you with a follow up video from a year ago this week when I first met Sal, my pal here that works with USA transfers here from Cancun to the Tulum area of Riviera Maya, part of Mexico, as we, the lovely Christy and I came back to revisit this area. We're in a different part of the area than we were last year, but we found the same tour company and we had to request Sal. Now, I've been preaching for a while that it's not enough to meet expectations any longer. It's not enough to just to meet the story. You've got to exceed the story if you're going to get reviews, if you're going to get referrals. Had Sal met our expectations, which as you know, we have high expectations, then we could have found anybody, any guide of all the hundreds of options that we could choose down here. But we didn't do that. And one of the reasons we didn't do that is last, last year when we were here from the time we got in the V, Sal made us feel special. And one of the things that he talks about is he's here to spoil us for the day. So let me just ask you really quick, my friend, why do you think it's important that you spoil your customers in your own words?
Well, first of all, everybody, I want to say thank you for choosing our destination. It's a big compromise that we all have with our visitors that are spending lots of money. It's not a simple vacation, just as the word says. It's an investment that requires to give you the very best back. And we need to cover with safety, we need to cover with great meals and all that could count as a good reason to cover your expectations, spoiling you and of course, giving you the very best of what Mexico has, which is the friendly country. Kenny, this is an opportunity for me to have you here, of course, your wonderful wife, my wonderful custom. You are giving us the chance to progress. You are giving us the chance to see the life in a very nice point of view, in a very great perspective. I really have a compromise with every single visitor to say, come here. We have the right place, we have the right product, and let us spoil.
You, ladies and gentlemen, you can't meet that expectation anymore. One of the things I also am big on is when I'm working with your technicians, when we're realizing that we protect the health and the welfare of the world, that, you know, we, we, we're not just us. And we need to remember that. And Sal can easily say, I'm just a tour guide. I'm just a driver. I just have a day with you. But that's not what it's about. It's about creating an experience. How can we do that for our clients? How can we really raise the bar? The brand is here, ladies and gentlemen. USA Transfers is the company. But the company treats him well. He speaks well about the company. Therefore he represents the brand. We didn't hire usa. I say we have three sales on every call, right? They boug the technician first. Then they buy the company. Then they buy the product or service. We bought Sal first. Then we bought USA Transfers. Then we bought the great tour that he took us on. The same is true for us. Get down here, spend some money in this great country. Look up Sal, your pal in USA Transfers. And until we talk again, ladies and gentlemen, as always, have a better than fantastic day and we'll see you next time.
