Hey, everybody. Good morning. I just want to touch base and talk to you for a moment this morning on a lovely Monday morning, sitting here at the little bar deal in my kitchen because I didn't want to go get all set up in the studio, but I wanted to touch base with you and think about return on investment. We all seek roi. That's why we're in business. That's why we're leaders of organizations, that's why we invest in real estate. That's why we send our kids to higher education school. Because if we invest a certain amount in their education, then it gives back to them for years and years. Right? Well, what whole ROI thing? As a leader, when I make a decision, I expect to have a return on the investment I made in that decision. Whether it's been training to a team member, whether it's been execution with a team member, what's been coaching to a team member, whether it's investing in my own education, whatever it is, I want that to show up for the company, for my team members, for their lives and for our community and their families. So now as I look at this, have you ever had one of those mornings like this morning? I just have that feeling like this is going to be one of the greatest weeks of my life. I really feel that as sure as I sit here, it's already beginning that way. Had business partners in town last week. We've got Sherry here this week working on things to continue to help people improve their lives, their businesses. We had a powerful weekend with our team. Got over 20 some people to come out to our Ms. Walk and support Team Peterson. So what's my point? My point is we return on investment is elusive. You never know exactly when it's going to show up. You drive it, you get clear about it, you focus on it, you desire it, you make decisions in order to draw it out, smoke it out, pull it out. But ultimately, this is about your decisions. I began making decisions a little bit over a year ago. We're about 13 months away from when I started to make some really strong different directions and decisions in my life. Yet once again, I believe that we go and we plateau and we need to grow again. And I had plateaued. I said I need to grow. So I continue to invest in myself. I continue to look at eliminating things in my life that didn't work. And sometimes it takes a while before those show up. It's going to be a great week. Ladies and gentlemen. There's a little song on the radio right now that's going something a little bit like, this is going to be the best day of my life. How about you, huh? How about let's have a better than fantastic week, go get a return on investment of the things that you're investing money in, time in energy and relationship. Until we talk again. Have a better than fantastic week, everybody. I'll see you on the call on Wednesday.
