A short YouTube highlight reel (SMM Highlight Reel - Feb 2018) containing brief testimonial clips from multiple attendees of a "Blue Collar" group event. Speakers report concrete takeaways: learning to implement standards to professionalize technicians, identifying and fixing business inefficiencies, a renewed sense of possibility and empowerment, and practical guidance on how to change processes. The tone is enthusiastic and promotional toward the Blue Collar trainings.
One of the greatest things I've learned is how to implement standards. And what this is going to change is how polished and how professional our techs will become.
The reason why we sought out the blue collar group is because I knew there was inefficiencies within the company. There's a lot of things, experience wise, that I had not encountered. I knew there had to be somebody out there that could shine some light on some of the areas of our business where we needed some help.
The most thing that I can take away from my visit here so far is that nothing's impossible. I have a renewed sense of hope that there is so much more that I can accomplish with my company. And if I stop just pinpoint looking at certain problems and step back as a whole, between me and my guys, there's nothing that I can't put together.
After attending an event, my mind is totally blown. I learned so many things. So often when you come to trainings, what you really learn is what you need to change. Well, I already knew what I needed to change. What I need to know is how to change it to be empowered and to really find the way to facilitate those changes.
Blue collar, awesome. Amazing. Fantastic. The energy in the room that these guys put off is inspirational to say the least. So if you haven't been need to come no matter where it is in the country, I recommend that you get your butt here.
