Hey, everybody, Kenny Chapman here, the blue collar coach, coming to you with this week's video version of Freedom Friday Focus. Now, this week I want to talk to you about process. Now, it's not like I haven't talked about process because process is so important. But today I want to specifically talk about the importance of a sales process. So when we look at professionals, right, we're professionals. We're the most important professionals on the planet. Other professionals can't do their profession without us, right? Doctors can't operate. They can't do anything without electricity, without clean water, without was water to remove everything, without conditioning the space and cleaning the air and all those things that are so important, right? They can't do that without us. The attorneys can't go fight in a courtroom without us. And you know what? Accountants, they can't crunch numbers. Whatever. We all view those professions as professionals. Sometimes we don't do that with ourselves. Now let's look at what other professionals do. If you go hire an attorney to create a contract for you, they're going to have a process and certain specific questions that they ask to uncover the information they need to create a quality contract for you. Fair enough. They're going to do it pretty much the same every single time so they can get a specific result. And you think about doctors. They have procedures for the way that they do things so they can stay on track. Same thing with accountants. Look at accounting to a point of even like the turbo tax stuff, there's a process for how they do it. So professionals use process. But then when we look at ourselves, sometimes we get away from it. Help your team to realize the importance of a sales process. It minimizes mistakes. It allows you to learn from mistakes better. It allows you to maximize your strengths and get predictable results. That's ultimately what it's about because I want you to get better results. You've got more and I want it. I'm Kenny Chapman, the blue collar coach. Until we talk again, have a better than fantastic day and I'll see you next time.
