Transition or turmoil? That's the question. See, here's what I know. Here's what's going on in business, here's what's going on in life. There are all kinds of transitioning things happening right now. Managers are being fired, managers are quitting all over the United States, Canada, Australia. Leadership's not necessarily hugging top technicians, top performers, top producers at a highest level, cultures are shifting. People, people very close to us in different catego capacities, moving all across the country. Relocating. The lovely Christy and I just did this week sold our place in Colorado and moved here full time to Arizona. Now here's the thing. Transition or turmoil, Right? So many times we look at and go, turmoil, man, something happened to me. Somebody handed me this, this happened, that happened. We look at it as turmoil. The reality is it's transition. And here's the fact. Transition is a part of life. We talk about change, but what about transition? See, when we resist different things, if we think moving is the change that we're looking for, if we think a new business is the change that we're looking for, if we think that a new spouse or a new relationship is the change we're looking for, sometimes it is and sometimes it's not. But here's the deal. It's just a transition and you move on and you change and you choose again. But see, we go turmoil. Here's the deal. Transition is not a choice. But turmoil is, my friend. If you're a thought leader, if you're a family leader, if you're living life to the fullest, regardless of how you're approaching it. See, there's going to be transition and most of the world teaches you that needs to be turmoil and you need to be stressed out. You need to have that emotional pit in your stomach and you need to run from it and worry from it. And I'm saying embrace it. That's what it's all about. It's called progress, not perfection. It's called life and it should be called education. Until we talk, my friends from Arizona have a better than fantastic Friday. Cheers. It.
