Hey, everybody, Kenny Chapman here, the blue Collar coach, coming to you with a quick message as I shoot a selfie video for you here this morning on the first Monday of 2015. That's right, it's the first Monday of 2015. And I know you've been barraged in your email boxes and different videos and strategies and what are you going to do in 2015 and how's it going to be different and all these different types of things? You know, last year I talked to you about the fact that New Year's resolutions don't work. The reason is because they don't have emotion tied to them. You don't set goals based on a calendar year. And yet here we are, just intrinsically, we think, okay, it's a new year. It's time to do something new. You know, it's a good thing to take stock, take reflection. What do you Want to see 2015 look like differently than 2014? What you did in 2014 got you the results that you got in 2014. If you want 2015 to be different, then you're going to have to do something different behaviorally, execution wise, implementation wise, accountability wise, all these different types of things. So I just want to ask you one question this morning. What are you tolerating in your business, in your personal life, in your relationships, in your finances, in your health? What are you tolerating that perhaps you shouldn't be tolerating? Perhaps you're better than that. Perhaps you deserve more. Perhaps you desire better results than what you're getting, but you're getting those results because you're tolerating something unnecessary. We get calls at the Blue Collar Success Group about, you know, how do we get our team members to wear uniforms, to clean their trucks, to fill out the paperwork correctly? Well, when you stop tolerating it, you'll find the answer. So what are you, you know, and first we got to look inward here as we head into 2015 to get different, better results. We've got to look at, you know, what are you tolerating in your own leadership style, in your own execution? With you getting things done, are you not training your team to give them the tool and then wishing that things were different? When we first get approached by business owners and leaders in the blue collar industries and they say, oh, you know, we just get a laundry list of, oh, well, this is wrong, and that's wrong, and this is wrong. That's because you're allowing it. Stop tolerating it. What's it going to take? What's it going to take for you to take 2015 to the next level. I'm not talking just a little bit of growth, Smash it kind of growth, crush it kind of growth. Stop tolerating. Tolerating less than you deserve. How about that? Think about it. Give it a little bit of thought. Shoot me an email. Let us know if we can help. We're here to help you accomplish your goals in 2015. I'm Kenny Chapman, author of the Six Dimensions of Change and founder of Blue Collar Success Group. Until we talk again, stop tolerating things you shouldn't and have a better than fantastic day and I'll see you next.
