Probably you don't have some piece of paper that gives you the right to earn more money. I get it. I don't either. But I want you to think about your life. I want you to think about your business. I want you to think about your leadership. I want to think about how you show up in life. See, we were taught that education means you get pieces of paper that mean that you make or earn more money. The reality in life is that you get reality that happens to the value you create in the marketplace. It's not about pieces of paper. So I want you to think about this. Now, I'm not minimizing anybody that has this amazing education. That's great. I want you to also not minimize the amazing education that you have that might not have come with a piece of paper. Paper. I did a strategic growth intensive this week. My all day deep dive with a husband, wife team this month that we uncover some different things and we go deep and we look and go. You know, we could do this for the next four years, for the next. Think about a master's. Does it take four years to get a bachelor's degree? Quote unquote. Then it takes a couple more and then what do you have? You have a ton of debt and you got all these different things going on. And what I want you to think about is your platform and your today. Now, what got you here won't get you there. Your education. You might be minimizing it. I'm the blue collar coach. I got a quarter of a million dollars, educated in my adult education, and I don't have a single piece of paper. I've got some consulting awards to show for it. I've got a huge client list of people that I've helped become millionaires, multi millionaires. But I don't have the diploma. The diploma doesn't matter. The education matters. The execution matters.
