Your office sets the table. Now, when I think back to my mom did the best she could when she was raising me. She raised my sister and I on six bucks an hour and raised somewhat normal adults. I guess my sister's at least normal. But here's what I want you to think about. Setting the table. When I would get home from school or I'd get home from practice when I was in high school, based on how the table was set, I kind of knew what dinner was gonna happen if there was no nothing said at all. Maybe it's going to be a pizza night. If there's barbecue sauce on the table and some big napkins, maybe it's going to be a barbecue night. No short fat kid jokes at the moment, by the way. And I want you to think about setting the table when it comes to your office that sets the table. Is it a pizza night? Is it a barbecue night? Is it a filet mignon or lobster for your client? Your office sets the table. The that happens every time that phone rings. You put marketing in the world, you put messaging in the world, and then the phone call happens and the table is set. We'd love for you to join us with our upcoming Office Champions training. Regardless, look at your scripting, look at your messaging, and how is your office setting the table until we talk? Make it a better than fantastic weekend and I'll see you real soon.
