You've Got More!

Hey everybody, Kenny Chapman here, the blue collar coach coming to you live from the American Airlines Admiral Club here in Dallas Fort Worth at the airport, getting ready to fly out. Been here for a few days with Service Roundtable. Had the great opportunity to speak today from the stage and spend some time with the great people that are moving their businesses forward. And this week with Freedom Friday, this is the video edition. And I just wanted to tell you and remind you that you've got more and I want it, I want to see it. We all do. It was part of my message today to that group. If you weren't able to be there live, I hope that you'll heed this and take this in. People often ask me, how did I get started in this business? What did I do? You know what, I did a lot, I did a lot wrong. I made a lot of mistakes, but I always took action. The third dimension of change in my book is action. So you've got to take massive action. If you're not getting the results that you want, by gosh, do something different. My friends, you've got this, you've got the ability to create the company that you want. It's all around you. There's help there available through coaching, consultants, other people, shared best practices groups. This is an important time for you and it's your time and I want you to bring more to the table. I spent so much time in other companies and doing ride alongs and sharing information and knowledge with these great companies out there that continue, fortunately for me, keep having me back and back and back because we get great results. And you know what, they're action takers. That's what it's about. Don't, you know, don't get in your own way when it comes to this implementation stuff. Sometimes you're gonna make mistakes. That's okay, we all do. But I want to see you bring it now. It's February. I mean, it's already. We're into our second month. It's halfway over. I'm shooting this tonight here on Valentine's Day as Christy and I are traveling back home and we'll have another dinner in the airport as we do a lot. But you know, you've got this and I want to see you bring more. So think about that this weekend. Spend a little time on creating the company that you want, that you desire, that you deserve.
