Hey, folks, it's Kimberly Hobscheidt with Entrepreneurs Rocket Fuel. I'm here on the Marketers Cruise, and I have a new tip for you today about what to do before you get on any stage. All right, guys, I'm here on the Marketers Cruise. We're having a wonderful time, and we just heard a bunch of really great speakers today talk a little bit about their programs and their offerings and what they have to bring to the table. They had some really great advice, some good notes for me to take. Good notes for everybody. I'd be happy to share it with the community. Lots of good stuff happened. But there were a couple of speakers, and they got on stage, and I wasn't really clear on what the next step was with these speakers after they spoke. So there's two things that you need to do whenever you get on a stage. Number one is you need to be clear on how you want your audience to feel after you present, right? So you get up there, you get on stage. You need to know very clearly how you want to have your audience feel at the end. The second thing you want to be clear on is what you want them to do at the end of your talk. What is it that. How do you want them to feel, and what do you want them to do? The reason it's super important to be clear on these topics is because if you don't know, they're not going to know. And I know that a lot of folks are nervous about getting on stage and making a call to action or doing anything that closes at the end. But keep in mind that you are taking people on a journey. A story. You're telling a story. You're bringing them along on the journey with you, and it's part of the customer journey. And part of the customer journey needs to be, what do I do next? What's the next step that I take on this journey after I hear your talk? Because I can be inspired and feel really great and feel really energized. But if I don't know what to do next, how am I going to know how to take that next step of the journey with you? All right, so when you get on stage, be very clear before you get on any stage on two major things. What do you want them to do, and how do you want them to feel? And if you are clear on that, when you get on stage, you're gonna be able to make the impact that you wanna make, and you're gonna be able to take people on the customer journey that you wanna take them on. I'm Kimberly Hobscheid. It's a beautiful night on the Marketers cruise. We are having a wonderful time here, and I hope you can join me next year. It's an amazing event. Great opportunity to meet some really cool partners and other entrepreneurs who are doing amazing things in the world. Six, seven, eight figure earners, some beyond that, that you can rub shoulder to shoulder, figuring out what they're doing that might work in your business and partnering with them because there's some amazing hearts, amazing human beings on this cruise. All right, if you don't already have a mentor or a guide or a coach or someone to help you through the murky waters of entrepreneurship, I would love to talk with you.
