In this special video, we're going to be discussing the eight things that men find emotionally attractive in a woman. My name is Adam Lodolce. I'm the CEO of Love Strategies where we are an executive coaching company that helps successful single women get out there and attract, love and do with a proven strategy. And what we found over the years is that there's really only two types of attraction. The first one is physical attraction. A man sees you, he's like, damn, I'm really interested in this woman. I want to take her out. I want to maybe even sleep with her. Oh my God, I'm really physically attracted to her. Now, physical attraction certainly will get a man's attention, but is very surface level. It's not going to result in anything long term. So that leads us to the second type of attraction, which is what is known as emotional attraction. This is where a man really starts to understand you. He really starts to get you. He starts to feel the deeper sense of emotion and emotional intimacy towards you. He wants to get to know who you are as a person. And the best part is when you know how to develop emotional attraction with a man, suddenly you're going to find that relationships don't just fizzle out anywhere from three weeks to three months. They start to last for a lifetime. And there are a few key qualities that you can start to develop today to start building emotional attraction, I'm going to go through a few of them. The first one is conf. Confidence. Let me tell you, when I met my wife, the very first thing that I noticed in her was her feminine confidence. She did not give a crap that day that I met her. If I was into her, she didn't care. She was just kind of doing her thing. She was talking to men, she was talking to women, she's talking to whoever. She was just radiating on that given day. And I was observing her very intently because I was both physically attracted to her and emotionally attracted to her at this time. I was observing her vibe, her aura. Her confidence is she was just so comfortable in her own skin. And what I will tell all of you as an executive love coach, having coached so many women to build confidence. Confidence is not something you're born with. It's something that you develop. It's a skill. And anyone can walk into a room and radiate that type of feminine confidence that just draws a man in, is a man really does want to be with a woman who feels very comfortable with who she is, who can say what it is that is on her mind. She can really share the deeper side of her own self. And she's not going to chase a guy because why would she? She's already got guys chasing her. So confidence is number one. The second one is kindness. And kindness is a universal attractor. When you show just a genuine care and empathy towards people, it is basically the ultimate signal that you're going to be a great partner in a relationship. And men and women will take surveys and the number one quality they look for in a partner is kindness. Someone who's supportive, who's understanding, especially during the tougher times. It's kind of that warm presence that shows that you'll always be there for the person and you really truly care. And you can display kindness at many different stages of the dating process. You can display kindness when you're on a first date, when you're interacting with other people. There's the classic sign. How kind you are to the waiter will show how good of a partner you'll be in a relationship. You can display all those characteristics. We can also show kindness and practice this skill when we're interacting with someone that we're not interested in seeing much further. So if you go out with a guy a couple of times and you discover that he's probably not right for you, this is a really good moment to practice the muscle of kindly letting him go. And a lot of people, especially the people pleasers out there, will avoid those conversations because they don't want to hurt feelings. But I'll tell you, it's actually unkind to continue dating someone or talking to someone if you don't see a future with them. It's more kind to just be straight with them, to tell them, look, I think you're a great person and only say that if you think that's true. I think you're a great person, but I don't see a future for us. You can practice kindness over and over and over throughout the dating process and I highly recommend it. The third one is intellectual curiosity. And just like you, many of you out there, I know you all will say, I'm a sapiosexual, I am really attracted to a man's mind. And you might think to yourself that men are only interested in a woman's physical appearance. Well, men who are only interested in short term flings are interested only in a woman's physical appearance. But men who are interested in something long term relationships, and yes, they do exist out there, really are looking for a woman who's intellectually curious. They ask really engaging questions. They want to Dive deeper. And for those of you who do want to learn how to captivate men and how to ask all the right questions, and I have a special seminar for you. It's@lovecaptivation.com and on the special seminar we're going to talk about how it is that you can really captivate a guy on a first date. And as a bonus, there's 10 captivating questions you can use when you're on a first date to really spark that kind of deeper intellectual curiosity on the date. Now, the fourth one is emotional intelligence. Just like you're looking for a man with a high eq, high EQ guys are looking for women who also have a high degree of emotional intelligence. Have you ever been in relationship with someone who just doesn't get you emotionally? They're just like a robot and you'll be feeling all the feelings. You'll want to talk about what's going on in the relationship and they just don't get it. They have no get. Well, that's what men are looking for in a woman is a woman who has a high get for them. Because our emotions might not be as obvious as perhaps women are in relationships. And so being emotionally intelligent means that you're really aware of other people's emotional state, even if it's really subtle, as well as being aware of your own emotional state. And so if you can start to develop these cues and really notice when a man is feeling off, he's feeling frustrated, he's feeling stressed, he's feeling tired, and how to have open discussions is going to really set you apart in relationships. Number five is a sense of humor. Oh my God. Can dating become fun again like laughing? Laughing is one of the great bonders in a relationship. A woman who can laugh at herself find the joy in just like everyday moments. Who isn't afraid to crack a joke every once in a while or isn't afraid to laugh at a man. I will tell you, one of the easiest ways to build emotional attraction with a man is not actually you being funny necessarily, but it's you laughing at his jokes. And there's a lot of interesting science that will support this. So if a man is trying to bring some playful humor to the conversation, to the date, rather than trying to talk about, well, what are you looking for in a relationship? Are you ready to get married? Anything like that, that's no fun. That's not going to create a fun, interesting, engaging convers. Instead, let's play, let's enjoy ourselves, let's laugh throughout the conversation. Especially on a first date, to start building that bond between the two of you. Number six is independence, ladies. Men find it so attractive when a woman has her own life, her own interests, and her own goals. And I'm such a believer that in relationships, it's so much healthier for two people to live their own independent life and then collaborate with their two lives to create something even greater rather than them just combine into one singular identity and then be totally codependent with one another. That's not going to be very healthy. I want you to have your own passions, your own pursuits, your own interests, your own hobbies. I don't care if your hobby is knitting on the weekend, sitting on the couch, so long as you're passionate about it, as long as you're excited about it, so long as you have your own independent interest. That is going to build a lot of emotional traction with these guys. Number seven is authenticity. Ladies. I want you to be who you are. Magnetized times 10. I want you to multiply that, especially when you're on your first date. I don't care if you're quirky. I think that's great. I don't care if you have a little bit of weird interests. Show those things. Don't be afraid to show your true colors. Because when high character men are going on lots and lots of dates with women, it feels like Groundhog Day, just like it does for all of you out there. You're probably sick of going out with, like, the same old guys who are saying the same old things and no one really stands out. Well, the opposite of that is someone who's being truly authentic, sharing all of their unique interests. I want you to talk about those things that are a little bit weird. We call it the quirkiness advantage around here. Don't be afraid to be a little bit quirky. It's going to build a lot of emotional attraction with these guys. Number eight is supportiveness. A supportive partner who encourages you, who uplifts you. And this is why I believe that humans are so better off in monogamous relationships than those who are single. Is that when we are with the right person who's constantly encouraging us when we're down, and we're encouraging them when they're down, it just allows you to build such a stronger life with one another. You should only be with a guy who you want to support, who you want to encourage, who you want to uplift. And if you are with a guy or you've met a guy who you do want to support and uplift and encourage and want him to just win at life. Tell him he needs to hear from you. And when he hears it from you, that builds a massive amount of emotional attraction because he's probably not hearing it from a lot of other people in his life. So what? Hear from you in the comments, which one of these qualities would you say are your strengths? And which one of these qualities would you say are your weakness? Let me review them again so you can leave that comment below. First one is confidence. There's kindness. There's intellectual curiosity. There's emotional intelligence. There's a sense of humor. Are you funny? Do you have a sense of humor? There's independence. There's authenticity. And the last one is supportiveness. Leave that comment right there below.
