An abundance mindset backfired into reckless spending and financial stress. The speaker argues the healthiest place isn't abundance or scarcity, but the middle: respecting money as energy and treating scarcity as a strength, not a limit.

I could have used a little scarcity. I was so abundant, I didn't have any respect for money. And so I was investing and spending and got myself into this really stressful situation. I really learned abundance and scarcity is a spectrum, and the healthiest place to be is somewhere in the middle. I want to be a greater steward of my wealth. Like, I want to respect the energy of money. Someone on the other side can— they can actually use their scarcities as a superpower and reframing it from there's never enough to like, hey, I am a good steward of my wealth. I try to give people the permission to bring whatever energy they want to their relationship to money, and rather being told that it's a limiting belief, they can actually find where it can benefit them and become a superpower.
