The difference in an entrepreneur and an investor. Entrepreneur has this, I'll forge ahead against all odds, no matter what mentality. Whereas an investor goes, hey, I only need to win more times than I lose. And I'm gonna take a bunch of bets and recognize that some of those bets are gonna be losing, some of them are gonna be winning. And I wanna optimize decision-making to win more than I lose. Those are two very different mindsets. What I try to help entrepreneurs do is go, hey, you need that determination, but let's temper that with some investor mindset. Am I allocating my resources in the right place? Or could I reallocate and shift and make better decisions? Kind of leaning on that investor framework.
