Question to ask yourself is, am I addicted to comfort or is there an opportunity here for me to really go for it? High performance is rewarded by more work. What attracted me to entrepreneurship is the fact that high performance is rewarded with money. Comfort can be addicting and getting a paycheck every 2 weeks really becomes addicting. And when it's time to transition, a lot of folks look at that and they go, hey, I can just get my retirement forever. I can go get another job and stack on that. Really ends up being easy to just transition into that comfort. If you have that urge or itch to like choose a different path, go all in and be responsible for your own destiny. There's no greater path to go down. Entrepreneurship is the greatest personal development school that I've ever found.
