It was basically like, when are you gonna quit playing small and show up in the world and share your message because it's important. It definitely stopped me in my tracks and I hadn't really considered that I was playing small. I had a ton of excuses why I didn't wanna be on social media and why I wanted to play behind the scenes and how I didn't wanna build another company again. And all of these things that made a whole lot of sense for someone who was post-exit. And when I shook those core beliefs, I realized that I could build another very large company intentionally and show up bigger and impact more people. So that's one of my favorite questions. My other very favorite coaching question that I just love is, "What's the one thing you know you need to be doing and why haven't you done it?"
