Mike Brown argues entrepreneurs need a small peer board of 2 to 5 trusted advisors to review financial decisions and reduce isolation. He recommends joining groups like the Entrepreneurs' Organization if you don't have that network already.

Talks about Unbreakable Wealth in my bio. That is a financial education retreat that I host. And what I teach people is to create a peer board of advisors. So other people that you respect that can look over your shoulder at your finances and you can show them what you're doing. So in the VC world, you know, advisory board and your board, that means a very specific thing, but it doesn't have to. And whether you've raised money or not, you can have a group of 2, 3, 4, 5 people that you trust that you can bounce decisions off of. And I can't recommend it enough. And like I said, if you don't know anybody else going through it, join an organization. EO is a great organization. There's lots of masterminds, uh, you know, depending on what level you're at, where you can meet peers.
