A lot of times when we're in that frantic startup mode, we think what we need is more hard work, more discipline, and more accountability. And my experience is that's not what we need at all, because with alignment, discipline and accountability become obsolete. Because when you're truly aligned with your soul and doing something that you know is in service of your higher self, those things just take care of themselves. And the more amount of our energy that we can use in service to our values that are in alignment, that's how we grow.
