Well, every Thursday I run a group called Sauna Squad. It's 5 founders that get together every single Thursday morning and we do rounds in a sauna and cold plunge. And I cannot tell you how valuable this has been for all of our businesses. We have hot seats and bring business problems and help each other bounce ideas and solve problems. We've had anything from hiring to operations, but also companies looking to IPO, massive fundraising rounds, acquisitions. Having that group of people to bounce these ideas off of and get really good advice and then also grow our companies together and level up together has just been wildly valuable.
