I think one of the number one things that changed my trajectory in entrepreneurship on a personal level was joining a group called Baby Bathwater that is an entrepreneur mastermind. I met my wife there, it turns out. But it's when I realized for the first time that I'm not alone because I had been kind of different my whole life. Like when I meet people that are doctors and attorneys and stuff, like, hey, like we have some shared commonality, other veterans, but like it's not the same as being an entrepreneur. And that idea of like, man, if I make a bad decision, not only am I going to be homeless, but maybe my 50 employees are homeless, right? That's terrifying. You have so much on your shoulders, and so sharing that with other people and finding people in those same trenches is just incredibly important. I can't stress how important that is.
