We're taught that missing a goal means we failed as people, so we stop dreaming big. Instead, chase ambitious targets without tying your worth to hitting them. Celebrate the effort and progress, not just the outcome.

I love daring to dream greatly. It's something I talk to, to people about all the time, and it's amazing. Like, you really have to pull it out of people sometimes because they're so afraid to speak something that they don't think they can achieve. We've been, we've been so conditioned that like, if you don't achieve your goals that you say, then you're a failure. I mean, it's literally how we frame everything. It's like, so that keeps us from setting really big crazy goals because if we don't do that thing that we said we were going to do, we are literally labeled a failure. As opposed to, you know, kind of this stupid cliché of like aim for the moon and land in the stars. Like, we should all actually get better at aiming for the moon and landing in the stars and being really proud of ourselves when we land in the stars, not going, but I should have or could have done this big great thing. Like, where can we really stretch those dreams and be perfectly happy with not being attached to the actual outcome?
