The thing that you and I have worked on, it's also the mindset. I put the pressure on, I put the risk on to earn the freedom and not even like the financial freedom right now. I'm talking about like the mental freedom to just live this, you know, peaceful, content life. And life is still going to be life. But if I can't maintain my baseline, I think for a lot of entrepreneurs, it takes extra effort to be at baseline. For folks that have mental health challenges more so than most, like if I can't just maintain that, let alone being above and beyond, what do I do all that work for? What did I take all that risk for? What did I go into all that debt for? What did I make all that sacrifice for. There's a way that I want to feel most days, and I have the power and there's no excuse not to. And I know that you push on people who are still running their companies. It's like you don't have to wait till the exit or the financial freedom to incorporate some of these principles. Now, you might not have as much time. There's more stuff that derails because running a company is crazy. I'm not saying that even if anyone's listening to this that like is still running their company, it's not wait until the exit and then do all these things. You can and honestly should do both. And not only that, your company is going to be better for it. And even though you perceive your you're taking time away from your company, you're actually compounding the efforts of yourself and every single person on your team. And so it's not just limited to exited founders and stuff like that.
