I would say one of the biggest things you can do is think about working in sprints. Hey, I'm going to work really hard for 2 weeks to then create space on the backside. And, you know, again, I think for you it's like finding that reliable revenue. Like, how do I have a steady stream of leads coming in? And that's going to require some upfront investment. But you can't run a marathon at full pace. You have to measure out your pace. And so I like to think about right now I'm in this phase of rebuilding. I'm working longer hours, but but I know it's for a finite period of time to get things launched and up and running. So I'm putting in the effort now and really treating that time as an investment to create the space on the backside because once it's a well-oiled machine, now I can once again really prioritize time with my family and doing the things that I love.
