This is one of the number one things that I learned with my business disaster. My e-commerce disaster is that I knew the right answer was to process the emotion and then get to gratitude. And you can't rush it. Like, I was fucking mad. I was disappointed. I was sad. Like, I was all of these things. And I was like, yeah, yeah, but I'm grateful for this experience. I wasn't grateful for the experience. I wasn't done feeling the emotions, right? Like, I wasn't done processing. And it took a year for me to actually start to feel some gratitude. And now I, I look at it and I think it's one of the greatest gifts of my life.
