I'm out here on this walk. I want to share this little insight of what I was thinking about with you is one thing that will serve you well is to eliminate takers. Takers are the people who pop into your community and they're always extracting. They act like they're, they're in there to hang out and provide value, but they don't ever give it. They just come in, they extract, they extract money, they extract knowledge, they extract people. They do these things in a constant take, take, take, take mindset. So the faster you can spot those people and eliminate them, the better off you're going to be and the stronger your community is going to be.
