3A.M - Just wrapped a webinar—had to record this

Nir Zavaro just finished a webinar on pitching and storytelling for tech salespeople. He uses a calendar-first system where every task gets scheduled and everything else gets cut. He builds webinar content iteratively like Lego to make it repeatable, and he's committed to a 28-day running challenge he ranks above work.

Are you actually putting everything in the calendar? Because hear me out. What's up, guys? It's almost 3 a.m. here in Da Nang, Vietnam, and I felt. I had to record something no matter what, because I said I'm going to upload every Monday. I just wrapped up a great webinar about pitching storytelling for salespeople in the tech industry. Oh, there's other people here, and it was awesome. I needed this. It was fun, it was practical. And first of all, big up to all the people who were brave enough Jump on a call in front of 100 people and pitch the hook. Never easy. Fucking gecko here. And there's, I think there's something walking on my leg at the moment. I'm not, I'm not sure. I'm doing these as a reminder to myself that I said Mondays and Thursdays I'm going to upload no matter what. But I want to talk to you about one quick thing because, because this is not normal doing webinars at 1:30 AM. I said yes because it was the right hour In Israel. It's a great chance. I love the people, the guys that are running Ophar. Big up to you. They are running this amazing community. It's awesome. One interesting thing that we need to talk about when talking about this whole concept about how I'm structuring my life, and I'm asking you, are you actually putting everything in the calendar? Because— Hear me out. What I'm trying to do now is put everything in the calendar, everything I have, and then slowly see what's less relevant or what I just, I can't fit in. And it's becoming easier because if it's not a priority in the calendar, it's simply out. So doing the webinars, prepping, I'm actually starting to put more focus time on prepping certain things I can then repeat so that So the talks are getting better. By the way, for those of you who don't know, maybe I'll record an episode about that. But what I love about these sessions is I can actually build like a Lego thing, talking about this structure, put this here, ready. And it's getting better. And the idea is that every session I just need to fix, I told them, 3 or 4 things. Sometimes I'll fix 100 depending on how it looks on camera afterwards. Plus there were a few struggles. Yeah, I had to put my keyboard, my microphone was standing on my trolley. On the chair in front and in the middle, I was being a bit vocal and the woman from the next room started to knock on the door and I just ignored her. So I apologize. I needed to finish this. I couldn't help you. I'm sorry. Sorry for waking you up at 2:00 AM. My apologies. I am enjoying this process. The next steps are to start understanding how, and I'm asking you how to tell you more about what's happening. 'Cause at the moment I'm in Da Nang until March 5th. I have this hotel where I'm gonna stay at. I'm sorry that there's no B-rolls in this video. I'm tired and I really wanted to get this out. Maybe I'll do another one this week. We'll see. How am I improving? How am I starting to create more things? I will try and do another video to talk about all the webinars and the podcasts, and maybe I'll share a little bit about my learnings from the podcasts on the Education on Thursdays. That's actually not a bad idea. But basically, this update now is that I'm in Da Nang. I'm happy. I just had my birthday yesterday, so I'm focused. I'm enjoying. I'm eating. I'm exercising. I'm doing the 28-day running challenge, and I'm running every day, and I'm loving it. By the way, that's top priority above everything else—work, doing other things. So. I invite you to think about your priorities. DM me if you need anything, and, um, let's keep going. It's a short one, not a lot to say. I'm very happy. I wanted to do this. If you need anything, DM me. I'm Nir, and we'll chat soon. Bye. Bye.
