I LEARNED THESE 5 THINGS DURING MY CORONA QUARANTINE: My 5 key lessons from the Corona situation

A creator shares five lessons from quarantine: mindset matters, movement counts even indoors, creative projects like video making fill time well, time management requires intention, and minimalism cuts unnecessary spending. He walked 120,000 steps in one week and encourages viewers to stay active and try new hobbies.
I just finished quarantine yesterday, and these are the 5 things I learned while being in quarantine.
Okay children, let's take our seats. We have a lot to learn today. We sure do, Mr. Hayat.
Hey guys, how's it going? Welcome back to my channel. So yesterday I finished quarantine, and I thought it was a very good time to start creating a list of all the things I learned while doing this quarantine period. Lesson number 1, remember, the biggest place on the planet is your mind. You can go and travel wherever you want, do whatever you want, just remain on the positive side and not the negative. Keep yourself occupied and remind yourself this will all be over soon. Lesson number 2, while I was in the quarantine period, I decided I need to move more. I started walking inside the apartment. It doesn't matter if you do 10 steps, 5 steps, push-ups, whatever you want. Please move. In the last week before I finished, I did 120,000 steps. That made me feel good. Going back to lesson number 1, it's all in our head. Keep moving. Dance like nobody's watching. You know why? Nobody's watching. Lesson number 3. Now this is a funny one, I think. When you have your back against the wall, Turn around, you might actually find a door. I know it doesn't look like this, but for me, being in quarantine made me do these videos. And you know what I found out? I love it. I'm gonna keep doing them, and hopefully this is gonna be part of my new routine. Remember, there's always another way. Lesson number 4, and this is important, prioritize. So what do I mean by how to prioritize? If you wanna watch Netflix, great. When and how long will you do it? If you need to do your laundry, and trust me, you will need to do it, when do you do it? How much time do you want to spend on work? How much time do you want to spend on dumb shit like stupid phone calls with people you don't really like? Try and figure out how to use your time to the best of your abilities. It is your time. Lesson number 5, and I think for me on a personal level might be the most important one. Apparently, we don't need all these things. When you're stuck in quarantine, you can't buy most of the things or need them. We don't need to buy fancy clothes, or we don't need to buy so many clothes. We don't actually need that many pairs of shoes or that very ugly vase that someone gave us as a present. You can do everything with very little. Try and think, especially now when the situation is changing and we Don't know what's gonna happen. Do you really need to buy it? And if not, save it. If you like this video or my channel, please feel free to subscribe, like, or comment. See you in the next video, guys. Take care, stay safe. See ya.
