In this vlog, Nir Zavaro reflects on how the COVID‑19 quarantine upended his plan to travel the world delivering 100 talks and forced him to reinvent his professional path. He announces a shift from a globe‑trotting speaker to an online‑focused entrepreneur: launching a new website (targeted for early June), delivering virtual "What's Your Story" presentations twice a week, creating a marketing workshop, and writing a third book—a marketing guide that will culminate in a SaaS platform. He describes the evolution of his creative sales agency, Streetwise, into a more selective, high‑impact model, and shares impressive newsletter metrics (49% open rate). As the Member Experience Director for the Entrepreneurs Organization, he highlights new European marketing opportunities. Throughout, he invites startups, accelerators, interview subjects, and collaborators to reach out, positioning the vlog as a transparent documentation of his ongoing pivot and future projects.

Hello, how are you doing? Um, it's kind of good to be back. I'm not sure I ever left. I'm not sure if I ever even arrived. My name is Nir Zavaro. Welcome back to my channel. So over the past couple of months, my dream went bust. I thought I was going to travel the planet and give 100 talks in as many different places that I can possibly find. It looked good. It's done. I'm trying to take this online, so one thing I am gonna try is to take you guys through my process. So 2 months post-quarantine, life in Tel Aviv seems to be getting back to some kind of a new normal, if you can call it that. Like, the square is packed with people sitting drinking wine, the beach is full, restaurants and bars are still closed, and hopefully that will change soon. Moving forward, I've decided not to go back to my old life. I'm still not 100% certain what that will be. I'm working on my new website. I have new talks coming up. I'm working on a new workshop to help businesses improve their marketing and process. And I've been giving about twice a week my new What's Your Story presentation and talk online with different startups all over the world, and it's been just mind-blowing, the fact that you can do that all over the world. I want to keep that momentum going. If you have a startup and you know an accelerator, a program, anything, reach out, let me know. If I can help you with your pitch deck or anything, let me know. If you know interesting people I might Get the chance to interview for my YouTube channel, hit me up. I mean, I'm game. Basically, I'm learning how to adapt my passion, my my mission statement, my why in life, whatever you want to call it, into what will be my new business. And I'm kind of having fun with it. So I decided I will try and document a bit more. And again, I'm still learning how to film and how to edit. So excuse me. It's a work in progress. So hopefully— feel free to reach out if you have any ideas, any tips, anything. I'm game for everything at the moment. My, uh, plan is to launch my new website, I think, 1st of June. Probably be delayed like any other project by a couple of days. I have cool updates about new projects I'm gonna join. And my creative sales agency named Streetwise is kind of going through a new phase, which I'm loving at the moment. And I have a feeling it will be a very, very good outcome at the end of the day. So if you guys think you might be interested in following my process, it's going to be quite interesting. It will be followed up by a book end of the year. I'm going to try and cover that process on these videos. And it's not easy. I have some of it here. I have about 7,000 words written. Not sure how many of them will stay. So yeah, it is my 3rd book and it's not getting any easier. So it will be, um, the first 2 have been novels and this will be a marketing book. So it's kind of like a big change. I've been thinking about it for years and I have, um, methodology that I've been following up with and helping businesses over the past 5 or 6 years. So I know it works. Now, how do you translate that into a book and then a website and a SaaS platform and so on? So it's going to be a great challenge while running my agency. So we're definitely not going to give that up, just make small adjustments and changes, mainly understanding that we don't want to have dozens of clients and focusing on a very select few that we think we can have a huge impact on and taking them from the story and the marketing process, revamping their messaging, creating everything, but running those then. And at the moment we're running a couple and it's been amazing. And the success stories will follow. I would probably share some of them as we move forward throughout 2020. And that's it. Big shout out to the Entrepreneurs Organization for giving me the option of doing some of the marketing in Europe as I am the member experience director there and we'll keep going throughout 2020 and '21. So far we've had 49% opening rates on our newsletter, which is shocking, mind-blowing. I'm so happy as other people are talking about 10, 11, 12%. So yeah, I think it would be interesting to see if I can become that person. By the way, the working title of the book— are you ready? I'll keep it a secret. You see when the website is up and running. Guys, thank you very much for sticking around. Hope you like this video. Yes, again, feel free to subscribe, like, comment, anything. Reach out if you need anything. If I can help you with your startup, reach out to me. I'd be happy to chat. See you soon, guys. Next video coming up in, uh, just a couple of days, I promise. Bye-bye.
