In this solo vlog, Nir Zavaro chronicles his shift from running the decade‑old marketing agency Streetwise to building a one‑person personal brand. He announces the launch of his new website (nirzavaro.com) and a $50, 30‑minute consulting service aimed at delivering high‑value, focused advice. He outlines plans for a Patreon tier to fund his goal of meeting as many entrepreneurs as possible, especially small‑business owners, and to give back by helping them grow. Zavaro shares a recent content‑marketing success: Hebrew‑language articles from 2018‑2019 now rank #1 for “how to sell in Hebrew organically,” illustrating the power of a long‑term content strategy. He discusses the logistical challenges of producing regular video content—deciding on filming frequency, editing, and whether to place material behind a paywall. He also teases a forthcoming newsletter that will feature stories from the companies he consults with. Throughout, he asks viewers to subscribe, support him on Patreon, and reach out for help navigating the ongoing pandemic‑driven economic uncertainty. The video serves both as a personal accountability log and an invitation for the audience to join his journey.

This is a lot harder than what I thought. Well, actually, that's not true. This is my journey to try and build my new website, build my new business, and create something different from what I had, taking it from an agency to a one-person show. And building my own personal brand. It's been there. It's not from scratch, but this is really hard. Let's start. Hello everyone. How's it going? My name is Nir Zaval. Welcome back to my channel. This is my journey, and I'm trying to help you improve your marketing, branding, storytelling, and everything. And I thought on YouTube I will share my journey because why not? So my agency Streetwise has been around for almost a decade now, and during COVID I thought now is the time to start something a bit different. I think I even made a video about it. So I've built a new website, nirzavaro.com. I'll add it in the description, and, uh, if This is the right time. Do me that one favor, subscribe to my channel, bell, and I will love you forever. So on the website, I'm now offering 30-minute sessions for consulting. Why? Because I've learned I can get a lot done in 30 minutes, especially if we don't know and you have one specific question.
So I decided to do it in a different way, is twice a day I'm offering 30-minute sessions. For like $50, and I think that's a lot of value in 30 minutes. You need to have a question and what you want to focus on, and we can get that done. The amazing thing is some people stay and we make it into a bigger consulting gig, and I'm very happy to say I've been doing this, uh, in, um, London, New York. I've had sessions in Atlanta, all over the US, and I'll probably talk more about it on my Patreon page.
What?
Yeah, Patreon page. Why am I opening a Patreon page would be a whole different video, but if you guys are in, please go in, check it out. An initial tier would be just to ask for your support. One of the main things I want to achieve over the next couple of years is to meet as many people as I can possibly get to meet, even if it's on Zoom online. That's also fine, but it's something I really want to do. Secondly, I'm kind of into trying to do more good. So if I can help small business owners improve, get more employees, grow their business, I'm happy. And the third thing, I think it's kind of after a decade my thing to go back and take all my lessons and all the key factors and put them into my personal brand, not necessarily my agency, which is still operating and it's still getting leads and clients.
By the way, small side note, in 2018 I decided to do a content strategy for my business Streetwise, and it's been catching up quite fast during the last 3 or 4 months, and that's interesting. So articles we've posted at the end of 2018, 2019 in Hebrew in Israel are now catching up, which is amazing. And funny enough, I think under the words how to sell in Hebrew organically, we're number 1. So that's a lot of how we're getting traction and leads. And it's also a great showcase. When you say you understand content marketing, it's great to show your abilities. So if you guys are focusing on that, let me know. I'd love to help. So building the funnel has been interesting. I'm working on all the angles. So what's a lecture, a workshop, and everything. I'll share all these things.
And now I'm trying to figure out how much time can I spend talking to each individual, how much time can I spend filming, should I film a regular once a week, twice a week, what will it be about, if I take some of the content on YouTube or Vimeo if I want to do it on a paid— under a payment wall. You know, it's complicated.
So what I've decided is I'll try and communicate these things to you.
Hopefully you guys can enjoy it. Hopefully you guys can take some value and implement that into your own personal brands or businesses. Everything goes. And for me, it will be kind of saying I'm doing it. So I'll appreciate the feedback because I feel if I put it on YouTube and I say this is what I'm doing, these are the plans, and this is what I'm going to execute, the accountability will be different. It will be bigger. And I need your support and your help in trying to build what I think would be my, I don't know, 10, 15, hopefully 20 years of passion doing these things.
As you see now, I'm not sure how the lighting is and everything. I'm learning how to film, I'm learning how to edit, I'm learning how to write better content on certain aspects of my business. I love writing. I've written 2 novels. Now it's different. I love doing marketing. I've been doing it for 15, 16 years. Different. Everything is different. But you know what's also— it's also very exciting. It's trying to figure out what I want to do for myself. If you go on the website nirzavaro.com, you can see that I'm doing the things I want to do. I'm writing the content I want to write. So the past decade I've done that for other companies. Now I feel is the right time to do it for myself, the way I feel comfortable with. I'm gonna launch a newsletter which will be more about stories from companies I meet. I think just this week I've met 3 or 4 companies who have unbelievable stories about where they wanted to go, what happened, and, and what we— you guys can definitely learn from that concept. And for me, that's unbelievable. I was so excited on one of the calls. I told them, listen, I don't think you guys understand how exciting What's happening to you? It's amazing. And slowly over the next ten minutes, they started to get that feeling, that vibe that I was trying to convey to them.
And suddenly they're like, "You know what? Yeah, that's amazing." So it was for me. That's my passion. That's what I want to do.
If you've watched the whole entire video, I love you. Really, thank you for that. If you need anything, let me know.
By the way, if you feel like you're struggling with your business, you're not exactly sure where to go, what's the next step, as it seems the pandemic is not going away, it will be here for a while, and after that the economic crisis, and after that the psychology part of life kicks in, and we are all kind of trying to navigate our way through this new reality. If you need anything, feel free, reach out to me. Thank you so much for watching. And I hope I see you again somewhere soon.
