What do you actually do? You know, I've been writing books, I've been teaching, I've been working with startups for years, and I always ask them the first question, what do you do? And they all look puzzled, they don't know. And then I say, I understand what you're trying to explain, but what do you actually do? And this is the most important question. If you don't have it, I will leave. You know what? Your audience will also leave. Figure out what is it you do. Are you helping someone? What are you helping them with? We can then discuss how. That will be the second stage on your website. For now, you need to answer one simple question: what do you actually do?
