So what I ask people is to start with a good hook. So in startups, for example, in 30 seconds out of a 3-minute pitch, we're gonna try and explain what we actually do. 2 and a half minutes to prove the point, right? If I wanna sell a good story about something, the hook might be a good way to grab you into the story and then elaborate. The idea then is to try and look at this as KPIs for storytelling. And if you look at your last pitch, a presentation, a story you told, and we will see that our stories are not written, which means we talk very oddly. So first and foremost is writing our story and starting to look at it and say, okay, each paragraph is a standalone. How long is it compared to the rest of the things? What is the one key message my audience needs to take away from that? What are the pieces of information I gave them? Because if I give them 5 pieces of information, It's not interesting. They opt out.
