You are well on your way to building a professional, organized foundation for your business. And can I just say, doesn't it feel amazing? So I just want to talk about next, another important step in keeping things nice, running smoothly and nice and organized. So that is setting up a dedicated business email address. Now, having a separate email address for your business can make a real difference. I can vouch for that. It's something I did not introduce to my business until a lot later than I should have done. And when I did, I was like, why did I not do this sooner? It's one of those little things, you know, that just helps to keep you organized, makes client communications easier, gives you a clearer boundary between work and personal life. And I know that you really need that with a dedicated business email. You know that all your client messages, booking, confirmations, business updates, receipts, invoices, everything are all in one place. And it's just so much easier then to stay on top of everything, especially when it comes to cash flow accounts and all of those things that you have to do as well. It's also a great tool if you are doing work with brands. So content creation, brand partnerships, things like that. Using a business email for these kinds of professional connections just gives a bit of a more polished impression. And it keeps all your business communication together in one place as well. So you never miss important emails that might get jumbled up with all of those sales emails from, you know, the fashion brands or you know, the different places that you might have shopped over time that can easily get mixed up on your personal emails. So it can just be a handy spot for storing digital copies of invoices, receipts, stock orders. You can create folders for things like that. So just makes it very easy to use and very easy to find things also when you need them. Now, as part of this lesson, we are going to recommend Google as an option. And that is purely because it comes, it's free first of all, and it also comes with certain tools that you are going to be using throughout this program. Program things like Google Drive, but I want you to remember that it's entirely your choice. You can choose whichever provider suits you best and we'll just give you the options that are available. So let's dive into how specifically a business email can help you feel more organized and in control of your communications. Then once you're ready, we're going to look at how to set up an email. We're going to either look at Gmail, which is powered through Google, or I'm also going to show you the option of creating a custom domain email whichever one feels right for you.
