This module (video transcript) by Amy Guy provides practical, immediately actionable strategies to attract and retain clients—primarily for nail technicians but also applicable to educators. It emphasizes consistent, authentic actions over large one-off campaigns, recommends starting with one or two tactics to build habit, and promises some methods will yield bookings quickly while others build long-term momentum.

Right, let's dive straight into this, because I know you're here for one reason. You need more clients. And you need them now. Not next month, not when you've got everything else perfect, but right now. And I'm going to show you exactly how to make that happen. So this module is basically your client growth bible. I have packed it with strategies that you can literally use today to start bringing in bookings. Now, some of them you'll be able to do within the next 10 minutes. Others might take you an hour or so. But none of them require you to wait for weeks to see actual results. And here's what I love about these strategies. They're not just for when you're desperate for clients. You should be using these consistently, maybe one or two every week, to keep that steady stream of bookings coming in. Because client growth isn't something that you can just do once and then forget about. It's a bit like going to the gym. You can't work out for a month and then expect to stay fit forever. Now, I've seen nail techs who are unbelievably talented sit around wondering why their books aren't full. And at the same time, I've also seen other nail techs who are maybe a little bit less skilled, but understand client growth and are booked solid weeks in advance. The difference isn't their talent, it's just that they've grasped that getting clients is a skill in itself and it needs constant practice. Now, if you're an educator as well as working directly with clients, do not worry. Everything we cover applies to you too. So instead of thinking about gaining nail clients, you're gaining students. And the psychology is the same. The strategies will work the same way as educators use these exact methods and fill their training courses in doing so. So what I want you to understand from the start is that this isn't about implementing every single strategy all at once. That's overwhelming. And honestly, it probably won't work. Pick one, maybe two strategies that feel right for where you are right now and focus on those. Do them well, get comfortable with them, and then add another one when you're ready. I think sometimes we just get caught up in this idea that we need some massive marketing campaign or profess photo shoots or perfect website before we can start attracting clients. But that is just not true. Some of the most effective client growth happens through simple, authentic actions that cost nothing but a little bit of your time. Now, the nail industry is interesting because it's so relationship based. People choose the nail tech Based on trust, based on feeling comfortable, based on seeing results that they like. So that means that so many traditional marketing approaches sometimes don't work as well for us. But it also means that simple personal strategies can be incredibly powerful. So throughout this module you will notice I am not suggesting anything that feels fake, anything that feels pushy. These strategies work because they're built on genuine connection and just simply providing value. When you help someone solve a problem or you fulfill a need, they naturally want to work with you. You might find that some strategies work better for you than others, and that is completely normal. We all have different personalities, we have different comfort zones, we have different circumst. So what matters is just finding the strategies that feel authentic to you and that you can execute consistently. Now the beauty of having so many different strategies is that you are never stuck. So if one approach isn't working, you've got loads of others to try. If you're naturally shy, then there are strategies that don't require much face to face interaction. If you love being social, then there are strategies that leverage that it isn't just a one size fits all, it's a toolkit where you get to choose what works best for you. Now, some of these strategies will bring immediate results, like you could implement them today and have a booking by tonight. But others will build momentum over time. The key is not to get discouraged if you don't see instant results from every single thing that you try. Now, what I've found is that when nail tech start implementing these strategies consistently, something really interesting happens. They don't just get more clients, they get better clients. Clients who value their work, clients who refer others, clients who become regulars. It's like by actively working to grow your business, you start attracting the kind of clients you actually want to work with. So that's what we're going to do together in this module. We're going to turn you into someone who never has to worry about where their next client is coming from, because you'll know exactly how to find them.
