When did you realize that the world was different for you? That you had this gift? No, I didn't realize it. I wanted to fit in like all kids, like all young people. They want to be more conventional, you know, they don't really want anything different. They don't want to stand out. They want to stand out, but not be too different so as not to cause too many problems. And when did you decide to dare to be different? Well, in the early 40s. What moved you to do that? Well, I spoke two or three languages, and the people who lived here only spoke one language, for example. But I didn't consider myself special. On the contrary, I wanted to be a conformist. Right? That's what a conformist is. Someone who wants to be the same as everyone else, who wants to fit in. And in the 40s, when I started to come out of that shell, it was hard not to fit in with society, because a kid takes everything for granted. That's just how it is. That's how the world is. I think that one doesn't ask questions when one is four or five or seven years old. One goes to school, and each child is different, just like each adult.
