A short Spanish-language YouTube monologue by Oso Trava about managing reactions to praise and criticism. He cites content creator Gary Vaynerchuk's idea that avoiding being swayed by applause prevents being deflated by criticism, and notes that as he has grown (he says he has been doing this seven years), criticism naturally increases.

Seven years.
