He explains that when you start changing who you are you face strong resistance from others, who may try to make you feel wrong, and compares the uneasy transitional phase to a charrería maneuver where for a moment you have neither horse.
Que cuando empiezas a cambiar quién eres, recibes muchísimo, muchísima resistencia, porque a la gente no le gusta el cambio, no le gusta ver que cambies y te empiezan hasta tratar de hacer sentir mal que estás mal tú. El desarrollo personal es un proceso bien solitario, bien difícil por lo solitario que es. Yo creo que eso es lo más complicado. Es como el paso de la muerte en la charrería. De repente tienes que soltar un caballo para agarrarte el otro, pero hay un momento en el que no traes ni uno ni otro. Y ese momento es duro.
