El VIAJE ÉPICO de las esculturas de Rivelino por el mundo. Pt. 4

First-person account (Rivelino) describing an ambitious project to move his sculptures from London to Paris by sea and river. He recruited collaborators (including a friend named Charles), secured permits and funding, assembled hundreds of people, and planned to load the sculptures in London onto a ship that would sail around Dover, cross the English Channel, then travel approximately 360 km along the Seine into central Paris for display. The project was later folded into the "Año de México en Francia" (Year of Mexico in France) as its inaugural act; eight hours before departure it was cancelled after a diplomatic conflict between President Calderón and President Sarkozy over Florence Cassez prevented the ship from entering.
