Unfortunately, I was in favor of artificial intelligence. However, its misuse prevents you from using your brain right, so everything is easy for you. I am very concerned that everyone has little ability to concentrate because you see it on social media. They see 1000 topics, they see TikTok, they see Instagram, they see. They see the number of apps. The cognitive capacity and concentration that you have on something is very low. It worries me. It doesn't keep me up at night. But I do believe that learning every day is not part of a university degree. Now, I am very happy that many of my nephews are studying abroad because they want to improve and they want to learn. But the act of learning is learned every day by reading, it is learned every day, by traveling, it is learned every day. So I do believe that we are going to have to adapt in this sense because it is a new generation and we are surely going to think that we want them to do the same thing that we had to do. And we are completely wrong. So what we have to adapt to is because learning and new ways come faster than we think. So there will be people who do it, there will be people who get stuck. But it will also depend a lot on the example. How do you learn today? What are your go to? Tips, magazines, programs, podcasts? Look, I love the whole topic and I know you do too. About the whole healthy living thing, I really like the health thing. We talked about it. Sometimes I watch, I read a lot of Huberman or I listened to David Sinclair. All this stuff about healthy eating, yoga. I do a lot of yoga. I work a lot on my emotional intelligence. I love that topic. What other things do I read? Newsletters a day. I read 10 newspapers a day. 10 newspapers a day. Some section. All sections. No reading? No, no, no. It's impossible to read everything. But I have developed a skill to be able to detect what interests me.
